Bearded Baker was established in December 2022, by Phil Bardon & Mary St.Leger-Bardon. This is something we always strived to create after experimenting with a wide range of desserts and baked goods over the past 10 years. Phil has been baking and cooking delicious meals since the age of 18, so a good 31 years doing so. After creating some desserts for a Friends Wedding, a Family Funeral and a couple of Birthday Parties, the feedback from the guests was of high praise. And so we decided to create the Bearded Baker. We currently use our small but efficient kitchen in our Annexe which proves very useful for making fresh Bread by hand as it keeps at a constant warm temperature. Phil is the main Baker, however, Mary assists with some of the Desserts and is more than happy to test new creations. New items appear on the Menu every so often, after Mary and a few of our friends try out new creations, some also disappear as they are more Seasonal.
